From Albers to Warhol to (now) is the first Mercedes-Benz Art Collection presentation ever staged in Italy and brings together some 230 artworks by around 110 international artists, produced at any time between 1909 and the present day. The exhibition is divided into two parts: From Albers to Warhol to (now), which features highlights from the Mercedes-Benz Art Collection, and Da de Chirico a Cattelan e oltre, which showcases artworks from the Musei Civici di Brescia and from Brescian private collections. The part of Novecento mai visto displays classic examples of early abstract art, Constructivism and Concrete Art, taking in Minimalism and conceptual tendencies from the 1960s and 1970s. The exhibition also features contemporary trends in abstract art and commissioned works related to automobile themes.
